IT Supervisor

Your tasks

• Manage and support all IT helpdesk activities, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple locations, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, and end-user devices.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, access controls, and security policies.
• Manage server operations, system updates, user accounts, and overall system availability.
• Oversee data backup, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity procedures.
• Lead the implementation, customization, and support of Odoo ERP& CRM including coordination with internal departments and external consultants.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, including forecasting, cost control, and expenditure tracking.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Manage IT inventory, including hardware, licenses, consumables, and asset tracking across all sites.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure smooth and secure operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to management on IT-related decisions and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Proven experience in Odoo implementation or ERP system management.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
• Experience in budgeting, vendor management, procurement, and IT inventory control.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or multi-site operations is a plus.
