About the company
Vanta Staffing are looking for a fully experienced Panel Beater to join a growing bodyshop specialist in the Maidenhead area.
Your tasks
- Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs, including panel replacement, reshaping and structural repairs where qualified.
- Repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently within allocated timescales.
- Use specialist tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with paint technicians, vehicle preppers and other workshop colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a professional automotive bodyshop.
- Strong skills in vehicle body repairs, panel replacement and reshaping.
- Ability to deliver high-quality repairs while meeting productivity targets.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair methods and industry standards.
- A reliable, conscientious and professional attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours Monday to Friday, with workshop hours of 7:30 am–5:00 pm. Some flexibility on start and finish times, with Saturdays if required.
