Vanta Staffing are looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Technician to join a growing bodyshop specialist in the Maidenhead area.
Your tasks
- Prepare and repaint vehicles to a high standard.
- Complete all work within allocated timescales.
- Maintain excellent quality standards in line with customer and manufacturer expectations.
- Support, supervise and train less experienced technicians.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Technician within a bodyshop.
- ATA accreditation or currently working towards it.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train junior technicians.
- A reliable, conscientious and professional attitude.
- Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Working Hours Monday to Friday, with workshop hours of 7:30 am–5:00 pm. Some flexibility on start and finish times, with Saturdays if required.
