IT Development Associate

• Bachelor (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Pengalaman utama seperti Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, atau PHP.
• Pengembangan web (HTML, CSS, framework Angular/React) dan manajemen basis data (SQL, NoSQL).
• Memahami Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan diagnostik yang kuat untuk memecahkan masalah teknis.
• Program, design and maintain software applications
• Support analysis, implementation of technology solutions based on client requirements
• Identify and solve system issues
• Administer and maintain clients’ IT systems infrastructure, deal with servers, databases, network, and Cloud
• Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run IT operations
• Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities
• Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives
