Training Consultant
About this role — please read this section carefully This is a hybrid role . Part of your week is training delivery. Part of your week is building your own client relationships from first contact onward. You are not being hired to wait for a sales team to bring you work; in this structure, that work is yours to generate, with the founder's direct support. If the commercial half of this role does not appeal to you, this is not the right position — and we would rather you know it from this paragraph than discover it in month three. If it does appeal to you, because you have thought that you could win training business better than the people currently selling it, this role was built for you.

Preparing proposals and carrying them through to close

Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience with a record of closed deals
An existing network among Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D), and line managers in Egyptian corporates or multinationals
Depth in at least two of our program areas, ideally including sales or customer service
Experience working under remote management, or within a distributed team
What we are looking for in the person
Facilitation presence — you can hold a room of skeptical senior professionals and handle a challenge without becoming defensive
Consultative mindset — you diagnose before you prescribe, and you are comfortable telling a client that what they asked for is not what they need
Commercial drive — you treat client development as a normal weekly discipline, and rejection does not slow you down
Business acumen — you can discuss Return on Investment (ROI) with a Chief Executive, not only content with a Human Resources manager
Self-direction — you plan your own week and communicate proactively
Adaptability — an English boardroom in the morning, an Arabic training hall in the afternoon
Coachability and integrity — you take feedback without ego, you never oversell what a program can achieve, and you treat client information as confidential
