Project Engineer Supervisor

1. Perform the roles, duties, and responsibilities of a Project Engineer for assigned tasks.
2. Assign, control, supervise, inspect, improve, and monitor the performance of subordinate Project Engineers to ensure they align with the established plans and proceed until goals are achieved.
3. Coordinate with the Technical Control System group and Cross Functional Team to ensure that APQP and PPAP operations follow the established plans and proceed until goals are achieved.
4. Report summary results of Project Engineers' performance to department executives according to the specified periods.
5. Participate in analyzing and improving the Project Management efficiency of the department to achieve goals.
6. Participate in analyzing and implementing Cost Reduction activities of the department to achieve goals.
7. Comply with the company's quality and environmental policies, which are consistent with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14000 quality systems, or other management systems as specified by the company.
8. Drive various activities such as 5S, QCC, and KAIZEN.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a related field. At least 5 years of experience in the engineering field. Knowledge, skills, and experience regarding new product development project operations. Knowledge at a level capable of analyzing and presenting solutions for the company's parts, raw materials, production, quality, and products. Experience in the automotive parts field will be specially considered. English language knowledge and the ability to use English for communication.
