What does your role look like?

As a Maintenance Technician, you are incredibly important within the Technical Service. You are the expert who ensures that our production lines keep running continuously. You dive into technical problems and ensure a fast and effective solution, because production downtime is not an option. You are an experienced technician in the team and know exactly what needs to be done during technical malfunctions!

A clear overview of your activities:

• You troubleshoot malfunctions and resolve them in the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic fields;
• You perform maintenance work on machines and installations to minimize downtime as much as possible;
• You identify technical problems and report them, so that we can continuously improve our production;
• You apply your technical expertise daily and work closely with your colleagues to switch quickly and effectively during malfunctions.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a production environment (experience in the food industry is a plus);
• Broad technical knowledge: you are a true all-rounder in the fields of electrical engineering, pneumatics, and hydraulics;
• The ability to work under high pressure and switch gears quickly;
• A good command of the English language;
• The willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• A proactive, energetic, and driven attitude.
