Product / Project Manager Lending (Junior/Senior)

Role purpose: Lead the delivery and evolution of lending products and projects, aligning business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements while ensuring predictable execution across teams.

Core responsibilities

• Own product and/or project delivery for lending initiatives from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics; manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., engineering, data, risk, compliance, operations, legal, sales).
• Prioritize backlog and roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
• Monitor performance using KPIs (e.g., conversion, approval rate, portfolio quality, NPS) and drive optimization.
• Ensure documentation, governance, and change management meet internal and external standards.

Required skills and experience

• Product/project management: Agile and/or hybrid delivery, planning, estimation, and stakeholder management.
• Lending domain knowledge: Credit lifecycle, underwriting, pricing, servicing, collections, and risk controls.
• Analytical skills: Data-driven decision-making, KPI tracking, and structured problem solving.
• Communication: Clear writing, facilitation, and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
