QUALITY TECHNICIAN (M/F)

VAN HEES is recruiting for its production site based in Forbach: You will join the Quality department to participate in quality management and perform documentary updates in order to contribute to the maintenance of the IFS certification. Possessing strong curiosity and a rigorous nature, you understand the importance of product quality for our customers' satisfaction.

In this capacity, your missions will be as follows:

• Respect and enforce HACCP requirements, including CP (allergens and sieves) and CCP (metal detector)
• Complete customer specifications (composition, origins, allergens, process)
• Respond to requests
• Carry out hygiene, safety, and environment assessments and monitor the implementation of corrective actions
• Inform customers on everything concerning product quality (GMO, allergens, source, geo. origin)
• Handle minor modifications to technical data sheets
• Participate in documentary updates and the processing of QSE statistics
• Import technical data sheets into the Netlor software

Profile: Above all, we are looking for a rigorous and thoughtful person who possesses genuine regulatory knowledge, ideally acquired in the field of functional and aromatic ingredients, or more generally, in the agri-food or quality sectors.

With higher education (Bac +2 / +3) in the agri-food or quality field, you ideally benefit from at least 3 years of professional experience in this field.

You are proficient in English and ideally German to contribute to the group's development projects.
