Are you the driving force behind our maintenance team in Tilburg? As team leader, you make sure our snack lines keep running, coach a team of skilled technicians and keep an eye on safety, quality and innovation.

Your responsibilities as

As Maintenance Team Leader you keep our production lines running smoothly. You lead a daily team of maintenance mechanics, technicians and contractors (15 FTE). Together you fix breakdowns quickly and safely and make sure preventive maintenance runs on schedule.

You have a sharp eye for safety and quality. You play an active role in developing your team. You're constantly working on improving processes. Your technical know-how and leadership help you set the right priorities and make decisions under pressure.

A taste of what you'll do:

• Leading, coaching and developing your team;
• Coordinating and prioritising breakdowns and maintenance work;
• Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are followed;
• Monitoring and optimising maintenance plans and KPIs (such as downtime, MTTR and MTBF);
• Working closely with production, QA, suppliers and external partners;
• Reporting on performance and advising on improvements and investments.

What you bring to the mix

• You have a completed mbo-4 qualification in a technical field;
• You have proven experience in leading and developing technical teams;
• You have experience with technical maintenance in a production environment;
• You have strong communication skills and a coaching leadership style;
• You are organised, decisive and have a coaching leadership style;
• You have knowledge of maintenance systems (e.g. Rimses) and relevant safety, health and environmental laws and regulations.
