40 hours | ‘s-Gravenzande Do you want to build upon the further growth of our international EPC projects and simultaneously take our teams to a higher level? In this role, you combine strategy, customer relations, and team development. In short: a dynamic position in which you truly make an impact! What will you do? As Manager ValkProjects, you are constantly in motion. You switch between strategy and operations, between customer and team, and between different countries and projects. No two days are the same. And that is exactly what makes this role so interesting! Your responsibilities include: Monitoring EPC objectives and developing customer strategies and multi-year plans.

You inspire, coach, and develop teams and colleagues, both within Channel Sales and international teams, bringing out the best in everyone.

You play a key role in the success of our sales activities: you support leads, quotes, and project opportunities and know how to build long-term relationships with international EPC customers.

You identify opportunities in the market and translate these into commercial successes, actively stimulating cross-selling and upselling.

You maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at various levels.

You continuously contribute ideas for improvements in processes, products, and collaboration, and actively contribute to the further professionalization of the organization.

You monitor the quality of projects and, together with the team, ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

What do you bring? You have experience in a leadership role within a project-based or commercial environment and possess a coaching leadership style with a focus on team development.

Strong communication skills and the ability to switch between strategy and execution.

Affinity with international projects (preferably within EPC or technology).

Experience with stakeholder management at various levels.

You are entrepreneurial, analytical, and result-oriented.

Excellent command of the English language.
