Account Manager Inside Sales

What will you do as an Account Manager Inside Sales? As an Account Manager Inside Sales, you are responsible for coordinating and executing the entire order process. You ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and that deliveries proceed according to schedule. You work closely with internal departments and international branches to handle technical inquiries and projects correctly and in a timely manner.

Your tasks: You are the point of contact for our customers in the Netherlands and Europe and you support colleagues from our international branches.

You prepare quotations and follow up on them, taking on the challenge of converting them into orders.

You are responsible for entering and managing orders.

You answer (technical) inquiries via email or telephone, which allows you to get to know the customer better and respond effectively to their needs.

You work out projects using specially developed programs and manage the entire trajectory until delivery.

You work closely with the project department for technical support.

You are responsible for the logistical process and monitoring delivery times, ensuring orders are delivered to the customer on time.

You provide webinars and training for customers, focused on product application and use.

What do you bring? You possess HBO working and thinking level, acquired through education and/or work experience;

You have a technical and/or commercial background and an affinity for customer-oriented processes.

You have a proactive attitude: you take initiative and dare to contact customers or leads.

You are someone who not only answers a question but also dares to ask questions;

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

You possess good administrative skills and accuracy, given the complexity of deliveries and projects;

You are a true team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Good command of the English language; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
