As a Supply Chain Engineer, you play an important role in improving the performance of our Liquid division. You are the one who translates analyses into actions, takes on improvement initiatives, and makes them a success from A to Z.

You take the lead in realizing improvements in revenue, cash flow, margins, customer performance, and operational efficiency. During this process, you maintain intensive collaboration with colleagues from Operations, Procurement, Commercial, and actively build relationships with customers to connect interests and stimulate cooperation.

With your entrepreneurial and pragmatic approach, you ensure that plans do not remain stuck in theory, but land visibly in the operation. You monitor progress and report on the most important KPI's, so that everyone remains sharp on the results you realize.

Your profile

• Completed hbo or wo education in the direction of Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Bedrijfskunde;
• Experience in a similar role within transport is a plus;
• Strong communicator and knows how to persuade, connect, and take people along in changes;
• Analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions and concrete actions;
• Works in a structured manner, monitors progress, and directs effectively;
• Good command of English language, Dutch is a plus;
• Innovative capacity, entrepreneurial and result-oriented.
