As a Fleet Planner at Van den Bosch, you are the driving force behind our Fleet operations, you lead our team of dedicated drivers and ensure smooth daily logistics. You are an important player in our Trucking team and work together with fellow fleet and truck planners to coordinate (inter)national transports within the Benelux and Germany.

You are responsible for your own group of drivers and trucks. You ensure that both the productivity and the quality of the work are continuously improved. In close cooperation with the Truck Planners, you translate the schedules to the drivers, so that the trips are carried out as efficiently as possible. Additionally, you work with the customer service and master planning team to guarantee a smooth operational flow. A proactive attitude and clear communication are therefore indispensable. You make our fleet run as efficiently as possible!

Your profile:

• A completed mbo education, preferably in the direction of logistics;

• Affinity with transport is a must, knowledge of bulk transport is a plus;

• Good knowledge of the English language, Dutch is a plus;

• You are driven, eager to learn, and ambitious;

• You reside in the vicinity of Erp.
