Key Responsibilities Attend to customers and provide a comfortable, professional service experience

Assist with pawnbroking transactions, jewellery sales, and related counter duties

Maintain accurate records and handle basic administrative tasks

Uphold store standards and contribute to a welcoming store environment

What We're Looking For No prior experience required — those with retail experience will have an added advantage

Able to communicate with customers across all ethnic groups in Singapore; basic proficiency in a second language is a plus

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented attitude

Willing to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours 5-day workweek with 2 rotating days off

Shift hours: 8.30am – 8.00pm or 9.00am – 8.30pm
