Production Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Officer to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
