We are looking for someone to join our team in the Florianópolis, São Paulo or Remote office in the role of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Pleno .

What we are looking for: As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Pleno, you will work on implementation, maintenance, and/or operation projects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, autonomously or in collaboration with other members of the Marketing Automation team.

The main focus of this position is to autonomously maintain and execute administrative functions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, as well as perform configurations through its products and extended features.

Main responsibilities: Architecture and technical decisions

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions, software architectures, and integration approaches.
• Define and evolve architecture, integration, security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Make decisions regarding integration patterns between systems, API design, messaging, and component organization.
• Evaluate technical impacts between frontend, backend, database, external services, and integrations.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to the standards and rules already defined by the client.
• Identify risks, technical constraints, and dependencies, proposing mitigation actions.

Technical leadership and execution

• Act as the technical leader of the development team.
• Organize and distribute demands among developers.
• Monitor technical execution across multiple projects and integration fronts.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of the most complex functionalities.
• Perform code and architecture reviews, ensuring quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Ensure that software is reviewed and tested before being made available to users.
• Support the team hands-on when necessary, contributing to the investigation and solution of technical problems.

Collaboration with client and stakeholders

• Act as the main technical point of contact with the client's IT leadership.
• Conduct discussions regarding new demands, feasibility, architecture, and technical prioritization.
• Communicate concepts, risks, and technical constraints to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work together with project management, business, and development teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting technical decisions and architecture evolution.
• Produce updates and technical follow-up reports when necessary.

Quality and best practices

• Promote SOLID, Clean Architecture, test automation, and development oriented towards best practices.
• Ensure fulfillment of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, observability, and ease of maintenance.
• Support the creation and evolution of technical documentation.
• Contribute with reusable patterns, technical references, and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory requirements English Upper Intermediate or Advanced

Backend and integrations

• Solid experience with .NET and C#.
• Development and design of APIs and services.
• Integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with cloud-to-cloud integrations.
• Entity Framework Core.
• SQL Server, modeling, and query development.
• Concepts and implementation of messaging, preferably RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity services, preferably Auth0.
• Unit tests, integration tests, and test automation.

Frontend

• Knowledge of web applications based on Angular and TypeScript.
• HTML, CSS and preferably SCSS.
• Construction and governance of reusable components.
• Integration of frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Ability to evaluate impacts between frontend, backend, and data persistence.

Engineering and delivery

• Git and versioning best practices.
• Azure DevOps for tracking activities and the delivery cycle.
• Experience with code review and architecture review.
• Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Experience with agile practices and participation in ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, and Retrospective.

Differentials

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Experience with TOTVS or other academic systems and ERPs.
• Experience with integrations between SaaS platforms and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration governance.
• Previous experience as Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Systems Architect.
• Experience in consulting or direct client interaction.
