We are looking for someone to join our team in the Florianópolis, São Paulo or Remote office in the role of Product Owner Sr.
Main responsibilities:
Manage the support team on a day-to-day basis, defining priorities and distributing demands. Be the point of contact between internal/external stakeholders and the technical team for support issues. Monitor SLAs, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements in the service process. Solve problems related to the platform, make decisions, and make trade-offs to maintain business commitments. Collaborate with product and development areas to escalate complex problems. Represent the support team to stakeholders and clients. Contribute to the continuous understanding of agile best practices and new technological opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in managing support teams. Experience with the Adobe Commerce platform, real knowledge of its use, functionalities, and limitations. Experience with agile methodologies. Intermediate/advanced English.
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification
