Your tasks

Main activities

• Create ideas and concepts in partnership with the copywriter.
• Produce sketches, storyboards, and drafts to visualize ideas.
• Roll out KVs following the guidelines of the client's creative department.
• Develop static and video pieces for social media, online and offline media, POS, and print.
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic brand positioning, and the target audience.
• Collaborate with the creative team across different formats and media.
• Lead work from concept to final delivery, respecting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor other designers, when necessary.
• Present ideas and finished pieces to the client and the team.
• Monitor trends and apply market best practices, including the use of AI in the creative process.

Requirements

• + 3 years of experience as an Art Director, with experience in an advertising agency.
• Experience with AI image and video generation and with photomontage/image manipulation.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as wireframing tools; knowledge of Adobe Firefly.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing (After Effects and Premiere).
• Experience with offline materials (POS, print, and events).
• Experience in Figma.
• Knowledge of UI and UX.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating skills in art direction and graphic design.
• Intermediate or higher English.
