About the job

Analyze Jira tickets and understand functional and technical requirements.

Develop, test, and maintain application features.

Participate in two-week development sprints.

Contribute to code reviews and follow the team’s development standards.

Collaborate with team members to propose robust, maintainable solutions aligned with client needs.

Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure code quality, performance, stability, and security.

Clearly communicate ideas, recommendations, and technical arguments.

Requirements

Experience in Java development.

Availability during our working hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Ability to work in an Agile environment with regular sprints.

Strong team spirit, including mutual support, knowledge sharing, and participation in technical discussions.

Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Ideally

Ability to communicate in French.

Understanding of client realities and operational needs.
