Luxury Furniture Project Manager (M/F)

Do you want to manage complete fit-out projects, from the initial brief to installation in points of sale, combining technical expertise, rigor, and client relations?

Your missions:

Project Coordination:

• Management of projects from A to Z: from taking the brief to implementation in store
• Guarantor of quality, costs, and deadlines
• Coordination between the client, the bureau d'études, purchasing, production, and installation teams
• Schedule monitoring, anticipation of deviations, proposal of corrective actions

Client Relations

• Main point of contact for the client throughout the project
• Participation in kick-off and follow-up meetings
• Supervision of deliveries and installations
• Preparation of reports, processing of feedback, and action plans in case of discrepancies

Technical Follow-up

• Support for technical design in connection with the bureau d'études
• Validation of technical manufacturing plans
• Proposals for optimized technical solutions
• Monitoring of production and subcontractors

Installation and Site Management

• Coordination of deployment stages
• Participation in surveys, technical meetings, and site visits
• Monitoring of installations and acceptance of works in connection with the Conducteur de Travaux
• Organization of feedback sessions (REX)

Quality and QHSE Follow-up

• Application of eco-design rules whenever possible
• Monitoring of environmental and safety best practices
• Optimization of consumption and waste management

• Education: Bac +2 to Bac +5 technical (type BTS Agencement / Engineer / Interior Architect...)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management in the field of fit-out
• Languages: Fluent English mandatory
• Tools: Knowledge of CEGID PMI, planning software, or CAO is a plus
• Mobility: Occasional travel in France and abroad (factories, client sites)
