Management Controller (M/F)

Your tasks

As a Management Controller (M/F), you will play a central role in steering and optimizing the company's financial performance. As a true partner to the operational teams, you will support them in monitoring their activity and decision-making.

In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:

• Participate in the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
• Analyze variances between actual results and set objectives, then propose appropriate corrective actions
• Design, update, and evolve dashboards and performance indicators
• Produce regular, reliable, and concise reporting for management
• Collaborate closely with various departments to provide them with genuine financial and operational support in steering their activity.

Requirements

With a higher education background at the Master's level (Bac+5) in finance, management control, or equivalent, you have 2 to 3 years of successful experience in a similar position, excluding apprenticeships

Experience in the retail sector is a real asset.

Knowledge of an international environment, particularly within an organization with foreign subsidiaries, will also facilitate your onboarding and your understanding of the group's challenges.

You master Excel at an advanced level, an indispensable skill to succeed in this position.

A B1/B2 level of English in writing is required. A minimum level of oral fluency is desired, accompanied by a genuine desire to progress. English training may be offered by the company.
