DELIVERY DRIVER

Follow safety practices on road, and while loading or unloading products.  Perform basic truck maintenance and ensure mechanical issues with the vehicle corrected before driving. Load, transport and deliver product to customers safely, timely manner. Abide by traffic rules, and other laws maintaining a clean, safe driving record.  Help in reviewing products before and after delivery to ensure that all orders are complete, charges are correct and customers are satisfied. Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.  Accepts payments for delivered items when necessary. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling customer’s complaints.  Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.  Assist in preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.  Maintain and keep issued tools in good condition. Prepares Purchase Requests for tools, consumable and other materials necessary. Participate in inventory activities and regular audit activities.  Support programs and initiatives of Management. Comply with safety procedures and policies.  Performs other tasks related to the function of the department as maybe necessary and participate in the goal-setting process of the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements: Must have valid driver’s license with restriction code of B, B1, B2 and C Must be willing to drive within Benguet and outside Benguet Clean driving record

Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.  Ability to handle various tools  

Administrative skills for ordering supplies, handling records and scheduling maintenance 

Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle loading and unloading of products

Stamina to deal with long hours sitting 

Organizational and time management skills

Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
