What will you do? Join the team and ensure that orders are processed smoothly and accurately. In this role, you will collect orders using an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) and a hand scanner. You will carefully check the orders and report any discrepancies. Additionally, you will neatly pack products with the correct boxes and labels so they arrive safely and on time at the customer. You will also contribute to improvement projects regarding safety, efficiency, and quality in the warehouse.

You will work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system. Morning shift from 06:00 – 14:00 & afternoon shift from 14:00 – 22:00.

Please note: housing is not provided.

What do we offer? Gross hourly wage of €16.10 (including 7% shift allowance), paid weekly:

• 25% allowance for overtime and 50% allowance on Saturday;
• Travel allowance: €0.25 per km (0–35 km one way);
• Chance for a quarterly bonus;
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days (for full-time);
• Possibility of a permanent contract and opportunities to develop yourself.

Where will you work? You will work at Valeo, a producer of auto parts such as clutch plates, windshield wipers, and ignition switches. From Helmond, these parts are shipped throughout Europe. The location is easily accessible by car and you can park for free. The atmosphere is pleasant and fun activities are regularly organized, such as a family day. During your break, there is free coffee, tea, and soup.

What do we ask?

• You speak and understand English;
• You have experience with order picking with a hand scanner and EPT;
• You work safely, are motivated, and can handle a fast pace.
