Nexus The Institute is hiring a Child Care Manager to lead and manage childcare operations, ensuring high-quality services, effective team performance, and excellent childcare standards.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee daily childcare operations.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate childcare teams.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of childcare services.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Support the development of a professional, responsible, and service-oriented childcare team.
• Maintain excellent communication and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare or childcare management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experienced in managing childcare teams and daily operations.
• Willing to work in PIK 2, Jabodetabek.
• Professional, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented.
