What we move together As Team Lead Group IT Data Management, you will shape the foundation for trustworthy, governance-compliant, and reusable corporate data within the Vaillant Group. Together with an international team and central specialist departments, you will drive excellence in master data management and enable digital transformation through high-quality data, robust Data Governance, and scalable solutions. In doing so, you combine people leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence while simultaneously contributing to a more sustainable future.

• Together with Global Process Owners, Data Domain Owners, and relevant stakeholders, you will continuously establish and optimize enterprise-wide master data lifecycle management for domains such as material master data and business partner data
• You translate Data Management principles into practical governance models, roles, standards, and quality controls, thereby ensuring trustworthy and reusable data throughout the entire company
• Your responsibilities include responsibility for the Group IT Data Management application portfolio and the corresponding roadmap. In this context, SAP Master Data Governance and related solutions form the core of the Data Management landscape
• Through close cooperation with specialist departments, international companies, and technology teams, you prioritize requirements and implement harmonized data capabilities that support strategic corporate goals and digital transformation initiatives
• You ensure operational excellence by managing projects, budgets, service providers, and Application Services. At the same time, you ensure stable operations, continuous improvements, and compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Management, or a comparable field
• Experience: You bring several years of experience in Enterprise Data Management or Master Data Management and have successfully led teams, consultants, or cross-functional delivery organizations in complex international environments
• Know-how and Skills: You have sound knowledge of Data Management disciplines based on the DAMA-DMBOK framework, as well as extensive practical and technical experience with SAP Master Data Governance and/or SAP-based Master Data Hub solutions
• Nice to have: Experience with PTC Windchill, Salesforce, and integrated SAP landscapes
• Personality: You convince through a Servant Leadership mindset, create trust between Business and IT, communicate confidently with different stakeholders, and inspire teams through a strong customer and result orientation
• Language skills: You speak fluent English and ideally German
