What we achieve together

• In your role as Packaging Data Domain Owner (m/w/d), you will drive the digital transformation of the Vaillant Group by establishing sustainable data standards and promoting cooperation with national and international stakeholders to ensure high data quality and effective data utilization.
• You will further develop group-wide standards, definitions, and governance guidelines for packaging data and ensure their consistent implementation within your data domain.
• Together with local Data Owners, the logistics business units, and the Data Governance Office, you will establish transparent data processes and ensure high data integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle.
• Your tasks also include managing and coordinating data migration activities, defining extraction and mapping rules, and supporting validation processes to sustainably ensure high data quality.
• Through the analysis of key performance indicators for the quality of packaging data, you will identify optimization potential, initiate improvement measures, and make a significant contribution to strengthening data-based decision-making processes in the company.
• In close cooperation with interdisciplinary and international stakeholders, you will capture business requirements, solve cross-domain data challenges, and develop sustainable, group-wide solutions.
• Furthermore, you will maintain the global data catalog, promote knowledge exchange within the organization, and support the development of a data-driven corporate culture.

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Logistics, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or a comparable course of study.
• Experience: You have demonstrable professional experience in data management, Data Governance, or a comparable data-oriented environment and ideally experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Know-how & Skills: You possess sound knowledge in the areas of logistics, Data Governance, data quality, Data Lifecycle Management, and stakeholder management. Additionally, you are able to translate complex requirements into practice-oriented solutions.
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, Salesforce, as well as modern data management tools will enable you to quickly create added value for the organization.
• Personality: You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills. This enables you to bring different stakeholders together and build sustainable networks to achieve common goals.
• Language skills: You have very good written and spoken English skills; further language skills are an advantage.
