Our People & Culture team Join a seven-person People & Culture team where different backgrounds, strengths, perspectives, and personalities combine. Your tasks

Our organization is experiencing strong growth, and change is our everyday reality. In this role, you will ensure that the foundation of people management withstands the pressure of growth, everyday HR processes run smoothly, and managers have a sparring, solution-oriented partner by their side. In your daily work, you will operate close to managers and teams. You will help resolve employment matters, drive processes to completion, and bring clarity to situations where priorities are evolving. You keep hold of the threads even when the pace accelerates. The role is not set in stone – in this position, you will get to and will have to do all sorts of things. The focus of the task may change, and the role can be built based on your own expertise, experience, and interests – however, always reflecting the changing needs of the business.

As a People & Culture Generalist

• You are responsible for the smooth and high-quality implementation of operational HR processes
• You spar with and support managers in everyday people management in a concrete and practical manner
• You ensure that agreed operating models do not remain mere instructions but are visible in everyday actions
• You provide practical insights to support decision-making

Requirements

What we hope from you

• A few years of experience in diverse HR tasks (experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage)
• The ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively bring matters to a conclusion in varying everyday situations
• The courage and desire to take ownership of customer entities, processes, and projects
• Business understanding and the ability to perceive the impact of People & Culture on business success
• Flexibility and resilience, as priorities evolve in changing situations
• Openness and authenticity: you will perform best in our team by being yourself
• Fluent English skills, as our diverse work community is a key part of our success

What we offer

The salary is set between EUR 3,600 – 4,200, depending on your experience and expertise.
