Who are we looking for? (1) Analyst: high-performance professionals, analytical capacity, and potential for our business niche, with cultural match, graduated from top universities in Engineering, Administration, and Economics with a minimum of 2 years of market experience. (2) Trainee or Internship: outstanding students or those with high potential (performance, analytical capacity, and relationship skills), graduated or about to graduate (final semester), from top universities in Engineering, Administration, and Economics, or with a maximum of 2 years since graduation (trainee).

We have opportunities for analysts 1, 2, and 3. The difference between these levels is the market experience applied to our business. The selection process is conducted jointly for all levels and, at the end, the proposal that best fits each candidate is offered.

Important differentiators: Due to our clients' profile, international experience will be considered a strong differentiator (work experience, student exchange, fluent English), preferably in an English-speaking country. English is fundamental, even without exchange, as you may conduct meetings in English, interpret materials, and communicate in writing in English. Knowledge in data such as SQL, Power BI, and other data tools will be considered a differentiator. The work is in-person, so there must be flexibility for relocation and in-person work at one of our hubs.

Responsibilities and Attributions

• Rapidly develop hard skills (fabbrica execution model, analytics, data management, problem-solving);
• Learn to plan, define goals, indicators, and execute effectively (structured and agile business method);
• Identify business opportunities, using data and influencing C-levels and Founders;
• Learn very quickly about sectors, the main business approaches, and the challenges of helping companies scale;
• Develop projects oriented toward data and results;
