If you identify with our Company, come be VALGROUP, together we will go much further!#vemtransformaroplasticocomagenteResponsibilities and assignmentsGenerate, analyze, and monitor Production, Maintenance, and Quality indicators through the Prodwin system, PW, and quality control spreadsheets, in order to identify opportunities for improving results and plan preventive actions; Offer support in programming, production control, and shipping, monitoring demand according to the CRP system; Perform monthly closings for the company, preparing graphs, analyzing, and presenting in monthly meetings through the survey of production, maintenance, and quality results; Monitor the quality of coils, analyzing information and photos provided by quality control; Receive and analyze indicators from Valgroup Quality Control and Technical Assistance; Pass on information and guide the actions of the Quality inspector through monthly management meetings, so that they are aware and relevant internal and external information is passed on; Issue failure occurrences for raw material suppliers, as well as assemble and manage teams for analysis and problem-solving through the Qualiex system; Propose and develop maintenance projects and improvement projects in the cutting/welding process; Develop and revise technical drawings of parts and equipment through technical analysis and autocad drawing software, for better analysis in drawing interpretation regarding the manufacture and maintenance of equipment; Monitor predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, performing analysis of results and failures in order to propose improvements in the maintenance plan; Maintain commitment to the strategy, ideology, and customers of the company, meeting goals and performing projects and action plans aligned with Strategic Planning to achieve organizational results.Requirements and qualificationsDegree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Production Engineering, or related areasAdvanced English and Excel.Knowledge of the SAP system is desirable.Experience with R&D and Industry.Additional informationHealth insurance for employees and dependentsDental plan for employees and dependentsPLRMeal on siteBasic food basketLife insurance
