Requirements and qualifications Proven experience as a Commercial Director or Senior Head in SaaS B2B for at least 4 years.Track record of expansion, structuring, or evolution of commercial areas.Mastery of consultative funnels, pipeline hygiene, predictability, and sales indicators.Strong data orientation, narrative clarity, and operational discipline.Ability to develop talent, lead change, and operate at an accelerated pace.Advanced English for interlocution with global leadership.
