Act in the teaching and learning process, aiming at the educational formation and development of students and the optimization of industrial competitiveness. Responsibilities and dutiesParticipate in the global planning process and the pedagogical proposal observed according to the Institution's guidelines; Elaborate and execute the teaching and learning plans of the Curricular Unit; Plan and organize class dynamics and strategies; Register and update documents and information regarding school routines; Deliver classes and promote teaching and learning experiences with performance in early childhood education, elementary school I and II, high school, and EJA of the Institution; Guide student learning and evaluate their performance, in accordance with the institutional pedagogical methodology; Participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of interdisciplinary and extracurricular integrative projects; Conduct research and participate in the elaboration of workshop projects. Plan, execute programs and projects, advisory, consultancy, lectures, technical visits, training courses, and others; Develop educational research projects; Elaborate and revise didactic materials.
