JR Digital Project Manager - Allocated Rio de Janeiro

Responsibilities and assignments
Schedule and deadline management
- Update the schedule and delivery trackers for the fronts under your responsibility daily
- Monitor the progress of each delivery against the agreed deadline, identifying deviations in advance
- Signal risks of delay to leadership before they become a problem, with objective data (what is stuck, since when, and why)
- Support schedule replanning when a deadline needs to be adjusted
Capacity monitoring
- Record team allocation by work front, supporting the capacity control of the operation
- Identify signs of overload or idleness and report them for priority adjustment
Communication and status
- Consolidate the weekly status of deliveries (what was done, what is in progress, what is stuck and why)
- Produce clear and objective monitoring reports for different audiences (internal team and leadership)
- Organize follow-up meetings: prepare the agenda, record minutes, and consolidate next steps and responsible parties
Risk and dependency management
- Identify and record risks and dependencies between areas in the daily operation
- Monitor the resolution of pending items that may impact the deadline or quality of delivery
Interface between areas
- Act as the operational point of contact between the different areas involved (creation, data, technology, production), ensuring alignment on deadlines and responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between areas to unblock bottlenecks and avoid rework
- Support the passing of information between the operational team and project leadership
Requirements and qualifications
Expected (mandatory)
- Previous experience in digital project routines.
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, or digital marketing operation environment, with multiple simultaneous deliveries
- Proven routine of using spreadsheets for schedule, task, or indicator control (Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level — basic formulas, tables, data organization)
- Experience dealing with tight deadlines and frequently changing priorities
- Use of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
- Experience in high-volume digital operations, with a recurring flow of deliveries (not just one-off projects)
- Advanced/fluent English
Desirable (differential)
- Experience in multidisciplinary environments, coordinating people from different areas (creation, data, technology)
- Education or courses in the area of project management (e.g., PMI fundamentals, Scrum/agile), even without formal certification
- Advanced Spanish
