CRM Strategy Manager

We are looking for someone to act as CRM Strategy Manager at MRM Brasil, a full-service agency with a major focus on digital. Responsibilities and assignments The main function of this role is to ensure that the entire CRM operation in Brazil and Argentina is aligned with business objectives and generates measurable growth for brands. The responsibilities of the role: • Strategic CRM support per brand • Building relationship roadmaps • Identifying growth and personalization opportunities • Prioritizing initiatives together with the client • Translating business challenges into action plans for the squad • Conducting executive presentations and strategic forums • Development of new business opportunities • Monitoring results and defining evolution plans together with the BI and Success Managers teams.

The deliverables of this role: • Strategic roadmap • CRM plans (both for activation and for loyalty) • Executive presentations • CRM performance optimization plans

Requirements and qualifications Necessary degree in Advertising, Marketing, Administration, or related fields Essential proven experience in CRM, preferably in communication agencies. Good interpersonal skills and high capacity for argumentation To be a good storyteller. To have experience and understanding of data To be well-familiarized with the use and application of AI agents Advanced or fluent English Spanish is desirable.
