Solutions Specialist - HR and HSE

Act as an Information Technology specialist in Human Resources and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes, promoting the evolution and sustainability of the technological solutions that support the organization's operations. Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, digital transformation, and innovation, ensuring alignment between business needs and the adopted technological solutions, contributing to gains in efficiency, productivity, and user experience.

Responsibilities and attributions

• Act as the main IT point of contact for HR and HSE processes, understanding business demands, challenges, and opportunities;
• Identify and lead initiatives for digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement of domain processes;
• Translate business needs into technological solutions aligned with the corporate strategy;
• Build and maintain the evolution roadmap for the solutions under your responsibility;
• Evaluate demands, define priorities, and support the development of business cases and feasibility studies;
• Conduct functional requirements gathering, analysis of alternatives, and solution recommendations;
• Act as a functional and technical reference in projects, proofs of concept, and solution implementations;
• Ensure the integration and adherence of solutions to architecture, security, data, and corporate governance standards;
• Monitor the lifecycle, risks, contracts, obsolescence, and opportunities for rationalization of the systems environment;
• Support change management processes, adoption of new technologies, and monitoring of benefits generated by initiatives;
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of vendors and technological solutions;
• Maintain updated functional documentation and an integrated view of the domain's application ecosystem;

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Information Technology, Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• Advanced English and Spanish;
• Experience in IT solutions management and relationship management with business areas;
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution evaluation, digital transformation, and demand management;
• Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Technology, Business, Project Management, or related fields;
• Knowledge of corporate systems, integrations, solution architecture, and digital technologies;
