SAP Data Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Up to £50,000 | 10-Month FTC | Hybrid – Sheffield

I’m recruiting for a Technical Data Analyst to join a major SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation programme , helping a business move from multiple legacy systems onto its new SAP environment.

This is a hands-on data role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring business-critical data is cleansed, structured, validated and ready for migration into SAP S/4HANA .

The Role

• Support the data migration workstream of a major SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Analyse and prepare data held across multiple legacy systems
• Work across data profiling, cleansing, mapping and reconciliation
• Prepare and validate data ahead of migration into SAP
• Use SQL and Excel to investigate and resolve data quality issues
• Support migration testing, UAT and post-load validation
• Work closely with business SMEs and Data Stewards throughout the programme

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on data migration experience within an ERP or finance transformation
• Advanced SQL
• Strong Excel / Power Query skills
• Experience with data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation
• Comfortable working with complex legacy datasets
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• SAP S/4HANA / SAP Migration Cockpit experience would be highly desirable
• Python and Power BI experience would also be beneficial.

Package

• Up to £50,000
• Initial 10-month FTC
• Hybrid working – weekly travel to Sheffield
