We are looking for immediate entry for 1 After Sales Service Clerk (m/f/d)

Assistant / Clerk Full-time

Your location/area: Linz

Do you enjoy working in an organized manner, keeping an overview even with multiple tasks, and value direct contact with customers and suppliers? Then a varied position in an internationally successful technology company awaits you.

To strengthen the After Sales Service team at the Linz location, we are looking for a committed personality for administration in the area of spare parts and repair processing.

Your Tasks:

• Processing of repair and spare part orders
• Obtaining, comparing, and processing of offers
• Execution and administration of orders
• Coordination with suppliers and creation of delivery notes
• Compilation of spare parts deliveries
• Complaint management and telephone customer contact

Our Requirements:

• Completed commercial or technical training (Apprenticeship, BMS, BHS)
• Initial professional experience in a similar area
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Good English skills
• Independent working style and quick comprehension
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of contact with suppliers and customers

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this function is at least:

EUR 41,300.

Depending on education, qualification, and experience, significant overpayment is possible.
