Vaattunki Wilderness Resort is a destination with a solid history located near the Arctic Circle trekking area, whose concept and brand are being renewed in the summer of 2025. The renewed Vaattunki opened its doors to travelers for the winter season in 2025, offering an even more experiential and high-quality whole. Our resort combines high-end accommodation, an inspiring restaurant experience, and magnificent settings in the middle of Lapland's nature.

We are looking for PIKKOLOS for Vaattunki Wilderness Resort for the winter season 2026-2027

As a Pikkolo, you are part of an international team whose customers in winter consist mainly of accommodation guests from foreign tourists, as well as other individual and group customers of the destination. The diverse work tasks of a Pikkolo include, among others, transporting the luggage of arriving and departing guests to or from the accommodation, presenting apartments, and assisting and guiding guests in various situations. In addition to customer service, your job description also includes manual snow removal and slipperiness prevention work if necessary, as well as close cooperation with the reception, restaurant, and property maintenance.

What we expect from you:

• excellent customer service and communication skills
• good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• fluent English language skills
• driving license (B)
