Kitchen Shift Manager

We are looking for a Kitchen Shift Manager for Vaattunki Wilderness Resort, Niva Ravintola for the winter season 2026-2027. Our resort is located in the middle of stunning Lapland nature, a short distance from Rovaniemi city center. With us, you get to work in a unique environment as part of a professional and warm-hearted team.

Your duties include:

Kitchen supervisory tasks

breakfast, lunch and ala carte dinner

What we expect from you:

Industry education (e.g., restaurant chef, vocational qualification in catering)

Previous experience in supervisory work and working in a professional kitchen

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Fluent English language skills

Ability to organize work efficiently and work under pressure

Courage to take responsibility and inspire the team by your own example

valid hygiene passport at the start of employment

What we consider an advantage:

You master the cost-effective use of raw materials

You have previous experience in seasonal kitchen work or managing seasonal work

You are full of ideas and want to develop the customer experience

driver's license and own car

What we offer you:

a fixed-term employment in a stable company from the end of September 2026 to March-April 2027. (Start and end dates of employment are negotiable)

Working hours 112.5 h / 3 weeks
