VAAL Real Estate is looking for an experienced Debt Collection Team Lead to lead our collections team, drive recovery targets, and manage complex accounts.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in debt recovery in real estate, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with CRM and collections tracking
