Your tasks

We are looking for experienced and reliable Site Security Operatives to work on a large-scale data center construction project in Finland. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the security of the construction site, protecting equipment and materials, and controlling access to the site.

• Secure and monitor the data centre construction site 24/7.
• Control access for workers, contractors, visitors and deliveries.
• Check identification and maintain accurate access records.
• Carry out regular patrols of the construction site and perimeter.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems where available.
• Protect construction equipment, tools, materials and site facilities.
• Prevent unauthorised access, theft, vandalism and other security incidents.
• Monitor vehicle and delivery movements around the site.
• Report any suspicious activity, incidents or safety concerns to site management.
• Complete daily security logs, incident reports and shift handovers.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow site procedures.
• Work closely with site management, construction teams and other security personnel.
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at all times.

Requirements

• Must currently be located in Finland.
• Previous security experience is preferred, particularly on construction or industrial sites.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects or data centre sites is an advantage.
• Valid security licence where required.
• EU passport / right to work in Finland.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Reliable, responsible and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Available to start as required.
