As part of our development, we are recruiting an Import-Export Sales Manager.

Your missions:

Reporting to the head of the sales department, your main missions will be:

  • Management of supplier orders (import):

o Identify needs based on customer consumption, enter orders into the ERP, negotiate prices, maintain margins o Monitor lead times and production, find suitable solutions in case of transport or production delays o Perform quality and compliance checks before departure

  • Management of an ADV (Sales Administration) client portfolio:

o Receipt and processing of orders, entering them into the ERP, checking stocks, replenishing if necessary, renegotiating selling prices if necessary o Ensure complete follow-up from order to customer delivery o Customer relationship management, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, handling complaints and finding suitable solutions

You will work in close collaboration with the various departments of the company: purchasing, finance, and logistics.

Your profile:

  • Holder of at least a BAC+2 in the field of international trade
  • 2 years of experience in this field
  • Knowledge of international trade is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Good writing skills
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and priority management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and commitment

Conditions:

  • WORK LOCATION: Cagnes/Mer
  • START DATE: As soon as possible
  • CONTRACT TYPE: CDI
  • WORKING HOURS: Full-time 35h from Monday to Friday morning
  • REMUNERATION: Depending on experience between 30 and 32K€ gross annual + company savings plan
