Discipline Teacher Aide
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Assist the school’s student management team in the following areas:
- a) managing, recording and monitoring late-coming student
- b) managing and monitoring students placed on detention & suspension.
- c) conducting patrols within and around the school primises during andafter school hours
- d) supporting the investigation and documentation of disciplinaryincidents
- e) providing appropriate guidance and support to students involved indisciplinary cases
- f) performing administrative duties, such as updating and proper filingof disciplinary records and incident reports.
- g) managing the confiscation and return of students’ handphone/ PersonalLearning Device (PLD).
- e) assisting with student supervision and crowd management during morningassemblies, recess period, dismissal and school events.
- Provide administrative and operational support for schol events, asrequired
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skillsand experience:
- a) GCE ‘N’ /‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent
- b) At least 1year of working experience working with students/teenagers, preferably in thearea of discipline management
- c) Good teamplayer
- d) Possessgood people skills and able to engage students, contact parents or guardianregarding students’ late coming and disciplinary matters. Able to liaise withteachers; demonstrates patience and empathy
- e) Able towork independently with minimum supervision and achieve targets set
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, sufficient toperform day-to-day administrative tasks independently
