Train Operator

Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise train operators and shunters. Coordinate the safe operation and movement of rail vehicles. Ensure personnel follow approved operating and safety procedures. Conduct operational and safety briefings. Coordinate with controllers, station supervisors and site teams. Respond to operational incidents and support recovery activities. Monitor operator competency, performance and compliance. Job Requirements Diploma in an engineering discipline, GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification. Minimum five years of relevant working experience. Railway operations, train-driving, shunting or heavy-equipment experience is preferred.
