SAP HCM Lead

Position: SAP HCM / Payroll Lead Experience: 10+ Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM / Payroll Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of SAP HCM and Singapore Payroll functions. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, testing, data migration, cutover and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM delivery covering Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll and ESS/MSS .
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and configure SAP HCM processes based on organizational, payroll and leave requirements.
• Own Singapore statutory payroll compliance , including CPF, IRAS/IR8A, SDL, statutory leave, off-cycle and retro payroll processing.
• Design and manage integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding/Employee Central, Time & Attendance and Finance/GL .
• Lead HR master-data migration , mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Define HR roles and authorizations while ensuring strict confidentiality and need-to-know access to sensitive personnel data.
• Lead SIT, UAT and parallel payroll runs , including payroll reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Manage cutover, go-live and hypercare , including first-live payroll assurance.
• Work closely with business, security, technical and project teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP HCM experience , with at least 5+ years as an SAP HCM / Payroll Lead .
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations involving Singapore Payroll .
• Proven experience owning an end-to-end payroll go-live .
• Strong experience in SAP PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll and ESS/MSS .
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation and statutory requirements .
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR system integrations.
• Experience in data migration, SIT/UAT, parallel payroll, reconciliation and cutover .
• Experience working with confidential/sensitive personnel data.
• Public-sector, government or defense environment experience is highly preferred.

Education & Certifications

Mandatory:

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• SAP HCM or relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• SAP Activate awareness.

Preferred:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Singapore statutory payroll certification/expertise.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent security certification.
• Existing or previous Singapore security clearance.
