Occupational Therapist - Fulltime

Work Location:  Woodlands, Khatib & Care Light Senior Care Centre Employment Type:  Full-Time Contract Contract:  2 years + 2 years extension option Working Hours:  Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, excluding weekends & Public Holidays Key Responsibilities Conduct initial, routine and ad-hoc occupational therapy assessments. Develop individualized therapy and rehabilitation plans. Provide interventions for  ADLs, cognitive function and functional independence . Recommend and prescribe adaptive equipment where required. Conduct individual and group therapy programmes. Monitor client progress and reassess treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes. Train clients, caregivers and therapy staff on ADL facilitation. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent. Full AHPC registration with a valid Practising Certificate. Minimum  2–3 years of relevant OT experience . Experience in senior care, rehabilitation or community care is preferred. Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills. Willing to work across the assigned senior care center locations.
