NURSE CLINICIAN – EMERGENCY MEDICAL DISPATCH

Key Responsibilities Assess emergency medical calls and provide telephone triage and medical advice using approved protocols. Support complex medical calls and provide pre-arrival instructions. Use video communication systems to support patient assessment. Review call recordings, conduct case audits and maintain accurate records. Support medical training and improvements to clinical protocols. Requirements Polytechnic Diploma or higher, Higher NITEC in Paramedicine & Emergency Care, or International Baccalaureate. Either at least 3 years’ nursing experience in an emergency medical setting with existing Singapore Nursing Board registration, or Level 3 Paramedic certification with emergency medical experience. Good communication and computer skills, able to make timely clinical decisions under pressure.
