IT Support Engineer

Work Location- Kallang

Responsibilities

The scope for the IT Network Support Engineer resource is to support the daily network operations and support including but not limited to:

• LAN room operations, data centre cabling, and remote office IT setup or relocation project coordination
• Travelling regularly to remote offices and secured substations across Singapore to perform on-site troubleshooting of LAN and WiFi network issues.
• Escorting and supervising vendors or contractors carrying out project activities at remote offices and data centres to ensure compliance with Safety and proper work process.
• Assisting with network cable patching, troubleshooting, and basic connectivity testing on-site.
• Supporting office relocations and IT infrastructure setup, including WAN, LAN, and WiFi services.
• Performing hands-on installation, deployment, rack mounting, and troubleshooting of network equipment.
• Maintaining cable patching documentation, IT asset records, and assisting with cabling provisioning between network devices and servers within the data centre environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in Network Infrastructure Operations/Projects
