Operate and support daily AV/VC systems for physical, virtual and hybrid events.
Schedule multiple events and ensure equipment setup and testing are completed
Operate recording studios, control rooms and live-streaming equipment for webinars and video productions.
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inspections, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Attend to service requests, investigate faults and coordinate repairs, replacement and upgrading works.
Coordinate with AV, cleaning and other contractors on meeting room setups, seating arrangements and equipment.
Support multimedia content production and post-production with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Relevant experience in AV equipment operations ,troubleshooting, maintenance and facilities management services.
Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facility Management or Mechanical and Electrical Services, or an equivalent qualification or alternatively, a diploma in film/media-related studies, or any diploma supported by a portfolio of past video production work.
Experience in broadcasting, live production, or AV/VC operations and maintenance, including supervisory responsibility.
Good understanding of cameras, video switchers, lighting and sound equipment for professional video and live-streaming productions.
Experience with filming equipment, studio production and production sets or teams.
