About Us: Aunty V a brand under V Co Eateries Pte Ltd is a fast-growing local food brand that serves delicious local food. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for two (2) Senior Cooks to be part of this expansion and to help us continue maintaining the high quality food standards we are known for.

Job Overview: As the Senior Cook, you will play an important role in managing and executing the food preparation and cooking processes. You will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, manage staff, manage processes, maintain cleanliness, and oversee food safety practices.

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food in accordance with our recipes and menu standards. Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient performance and high-quality food production. Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when needed to avoid shortages. Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and food presentation. Handle food preparation during peak hours to meet customer demand while maintaining quality. Requirements: Proven experience as a cook, with at least 2 years in a cooking position. Strong culinary skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for food quality. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service times.
